Initially i experienced speed and signal strength (dBm) drop too, but after spent some time to adjust the antenna position, everything is working fine now!

I would say DiGi netowrk speed performance is really depend on location and what devices you use.

When i use iphone 7 plus, the max speed i got was 35Mbps , but now i'm using Huawei E5186 + external antenna , the speed boost up to 60-70Mbps at all time at the same location.

Here the speedtest result

in the same location same spot, without antenna i got 20-30Mbps only.

With antenna and locate it in right position, i can get 50 to 60Mbps at 90% of the time.

You may try to go DiGi center say you want to replace the SIM, probably you wil get RM10 charge for the SIM replacement.
