I think in his/ her case he/ she initially subscribe 149 straight away with the 20 STD. If you add on 20STD after initially subscribing to unifi lite 129, then I think:
1. Cannot downgrade, (in this case remove STD 20), or
2. Can downgrade (remove STD20) but with a penalty.

Btw where do you guys claim the free phone? I went to tmpoint just now and they told me I have to get the phone from the installer?

hi, i just got the unifi lite installed today. is there any way we can change the default dns that unifi provided to googledns?

i tried changing the unifi dns to google dns and it caused no internet connectivity until i input back to the unifi's dns.

do i entered the googledns in the wrong section?

Because using different system and cannot use same number is 2 systems

i'm not aware homeline have this voice 20, from tm pages, its voice 48.

the reason being is because your current phone number is PSTN based while the one attached to Unifi in VOIP based (although TM never want to admit this) so different platforms requires different systems and both cannot co-exist at the same time. period.

Sorry.. i meant​ if you​ all  r getting WAN IP  like 10.x.x.x where TM nutz put you behind a NAT.  When it happens, many ppl found their cctv or port forwarding not working.

Lol... my problem was with all my Android phones... today someone from telekom came over my place... my case was on certain app or certain website... can't upload... I ask the technician to try using his Asus phone also same issue... cannot upload... end up he call KL and the reply is sorry... for handphone not in scope of troubleshooting because hard to debug...

So I guess just accept my luck....

newly added, the TM technician own phone, Asus phone also having the same issue, cannot upload on certain app/website...

the funny thing is...when I use my phone at my relative's place (2 different places with Unifi), everything works fine and well....so I can't understand where or what is the issue here...
even going to public place like Subway and use the wifi, it was all good....

Hi guys, I just chat with TM livechat...and they stated that my area only support unifi advance but not unifi lite....it's it possible ?? btw last month they stated my area doesn't have fiber at all...now they say have..i'm confused..

My area has both unifi advance and lite. Both are sharing the same infras.

Do you change dns for the ipv6?
Same thing happen to me but manage to solved it by changing the ipv6 dns too.

Wrong, fixed landline number still provided, RM129 is pay per use.

Rm1 per month for phone line rental. But no free calls.

if anyone seeing this must ask TM to waive off immediately.
