no you cant

I suppose if you initially subscribe RM129 then later add Voice 20 then you should be able to remove at any time?

I think in his/ her case he/ she initially subscribe 149 straight away with the 20 STD. If you add on 20STD after initially subscribing to unifi lite 129, then I think:
1. Cannot downgrade, (in this case remove STD 20), or
2. Can downgrade (remove STD20) but with a penalty.
*
I think there is no penalty as it an add-on without it;s own contract unlike when subscribing Unifi Lite with Voice 20 bundled together.
It's like adding Voice 20 to your fixed line phone service then removing it later when no longer needed.

*

hi, i just got the unifi lite installed today. is there any way we can change the default dns that unifi provided to googledns?

i tried changing the unifi dns to google dns and it caused no internet connectivity until i input back to the unifi's dns.

do i entered the googledns in the wrong section?

You use
2001:4860:4860::8888 and 2001:4860:4860::8844
or
8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4?

call transfer

*
Why anyone want to redirect incoming calls to the new Unifi telephone line or use the new number by redirecting to old line?
Simpler to cut voice 20 from Unifi Lite and sign up Voice 20 on your old fixed line.
The you'd have free calls on your old number like with Streamyx before.

i'm not aware homeline have this voice 20, from tm pages, its voice 48.

I remember someone at TM Point offering this to me some time ago.
But... you TM-lah.
Different people, different story.

QUOTE
the reason being is because your current phone number is PSTN based while the one attached to Unifi in VOIP based (although TM never want to admit this) so different platforms requires different systems and both cannot co-exist at the same time. period.

It would not exist on two systems if the number was ported would it?

Sorry.. i meant if you all  r getting WAN IP  like 10.x.x.x where TM nutz put you behind a NAT.  When it happens, many ppl found their cctv or port forwarding not working.
*
What is the solution for this issue?
Is 10.x.x.x what is meant by private IP?

thank you.....can only pray now what is causing the issue.....

All phones having this same issue:
Note 3 on Android 5
Mi Note on Android 6
Note 5 on Android 7
newly added, the TM technician own phone, Asus phone also having the same issue, cannot upload on certain app/website...

the funny thing is...when I use my phone at my relative's place (2 different places with Unifi), everything works fine and well....so I can't understand where or what is the issue here...
even going to public place like Subway and use the wifi, it was all good....

Can we used the old hypptv setup box with unifi lite?

Nope.

Although I wonder if you add extra packages will they enable STB support?
Or what about subscribing Jumbo Pack with your Lite?

Problem with CS is that everyone who receives the same circular understands things their own way.
So you get conflicting statements from different people.

Wrong, fixed landline number still provided, RM129 is pay per use.
*
Not completely correct. laugh.gif
It is not fixed landline (eg. copper based)
It is VOIP based.

Rm1 per month for phone line rental. But no free calls.
*
The one ringgit is just for the detailed bill.
Then there is another one ringgit for your Unifi phone line

if anyone seeing this must ask TM to waive off immediately.

It's called "Butir Lengkap Panggilan STD"
