Registering a company will take more than an hour, usually.

But question. Why do you need to register a company?Aren't you curious at all?

Well my sister's old company also required her to register a company under her name. That way they pay to that company and not required to pay EPF...

This is one way employers get out of paying EPF.

need someone to clarify whether it is true BAT ask you to reg company when entering their company.

it's a bit far fetched to say a big MNC will flout the EPF law openly like that.

I heard once from a friend who was an intern with them that they have this policy where everyone vote before the meeting whether it shall be smoking or smoke-free meeting. If one person disagree, the meeting has be to done smoke-free. But during this meeting there was this pregnant lady and the rest of the people just disregard her and continue smoking without asking for a vote.

Says a lot about its culture...

(I just restating what my friend told me)
