Hi bro, bought from the same seller as you did, and same problems too. Got a Consignment Note number yesterday but GDex has no record of it. Then this afternoon I got a SMS from Samsung with my phone's IMEI registered and later this evening GDex recorded that my parcel has been picked up

Just installed Hao 5D TG this morning and received the Kase in the afternoon. Good match i will say but besides avoid fingerprints at the glass back, this case is doing nothing.

Diamond. Thats classic. Used to have Diamond, Diamond 2, (both bought used set), Sensation, Sensation XE (bought used set) and One X.
Due to encountered bad experience dealing with their SC for 2 units of One X, I told myself that's​ it. And saw my cousin's and his wife having issue with their M8, I'm glad didn't return to HTC back.

From my perspective at that time OneX looks more premium and better design than peeble GS3.

Their sense skin was among the best at that time with professional looking GUI.

A forumer in U11 thread mentioned Samsung have questionable quality control, I for once feel that at least still better than disastrous HTC QC and below par after sales service.

Nevertheless looks fwd to have a look on the new DxOmark camera king. Hope it's not like Z5 case.

The HAO TG feels like the original kingkong glass, silky smooth and no lost of sensitivity is encountered. But it is extremely expensive IMHO. I will share some photos tomorrow.

to protect from shop RM500 is worth. If you drop without protection RM500 cant replace the casing and glass or crack bezel

Does anyone encounter the media audio problem? Just discover that my S8+ sound will suddenly cut off when playing game or video but no problem when using earphone.

Yup, gotta give credit where credit is due, back when it was HTC Sense UI vs TouchWiz, it was a no contest. And before Samsung and Apple, one of the best aluminum phones was from HTC, the One M7 (rosak coz of purple tint issue but that's another story)...

Anyways, as agreed, a good brand that got it's reputation damaged by the appointed distributor...

Even if Samsung has QC problems, their service center is easily accessible at major shopping malls and the response is quite fast. I had a faulty motherboard on my Galaxy Tab S2 - the darn thing wouldn't charge properly, but I brought it to the Service Center in Gardens and got it fixed in 3 working days. I remember having my HTC Diamond in the repair shop for more than a month, ha ha...
