QUOTE(debonairs91 @ May 16 2017, 08:02 PM) Thanks. I bought directly from UAG website. USD59. Free shipping. But I would suggest to get from local seller like 2by2mobile (forum lowyat or lelong). He is selling at RM229 which is cheaper than SRP. (My purchase was impulsive purchase without proper survey) Or if you're in Penang, can get from ckgadget @ Gurney Paragon. Selling at RM229 also. |

QUOTE(Andrewtst @ May 16 2017, 09:25 PM) After see the phone design not interesting already. Haha! From front looks like Pixel with home button which also remind iPhone. But I'm kinda okay with that. HahaThe design is oooo. Haha! Not interesting already. Haha QUOTE(debonairs91 @ May 16 2017, 09:19 PM) Carved purpleheart. Wood panel back. But the power button tactility not that good. S7Edge was pretty ok to good. But Pixel and S8 version just so-so to decent. |

QUOTE(entity @ May 16 2017, 01:29 PM) Thought I'd give you guys an update on my Clear-Coat problem. It's almost been 24 hours and the noise/grain on the film has yet to disappear. Understand you had came with settlement with them but just curious did they explained or shared what had happened with their installation batch to you?[attachmentid=8819216] At least Mobile Outfitters have replied (after ignoring my msg last night lol). They said it should be clear and that it's never happened with any of their customers, so maybe I just have shit luck. Will have to make the journey to Penang again soon to get this replaced, but I'm not sure if that will solve any problems if the clear screens are supposed to be like this in the first place. For mine, just observed some microdots underneath it but not until the matte version level. |

QUOTE(attw @ May 16 2017, 09:56 PM) Actually HTC is not only one of the earliest Android manufacturers, they are one of the earliest smartphone manufacturers. Anyone remember the days of Dopod? Or did anyone here ever owned a HTC Diamond? Diamond. Thats classic. Used to have Diamond, Diamond 2, (both bought used set), Sensation, Sensation XE (bought used set) and One X. Oh gawd, I must be old, ha ha... Anyways, they make good phones. Just the after-sales service from their distributors that is lacking. I've had bad experiences with them and told myself never again. Due to encountered bad experience dealing with their SC for 2 units of One X, I told myself that'sā it. And saw my cousin's and his wife having issue with their M8, I'm glad didn't return to HTC back. From my perspective at that time OneX looks more premium and better design than peeble GS3. Their sense skin was among the best at that time with professional looking GUI. A forumer in U11 thread mentioned Samsung have questionable quality control, I for once feel that at least still better than disastrous HTC QC and below par after sales service. Nevertheless looks fwd to have a look on the new DxOmark camera king. Hope it's not like Z5 case. |

QUOTE(ape @ May 16 2017, 10:35 PM) The HAO TG feels like the original kingkong glass, silky smooth and no lost of sensitivity is encountered. But it is extremely expensive IMHO. I will share some photos tomorrow. Just removed the clear coat. Installed the free screen protector. Now poisoned by the UAG case again, is it wise to spend 500 bucks on the accessories? I just can say wow. Felt much better when scrolling, clearer and brighter. Tested with UAG case, no lifting. But not dare to try with Ringke Onyx or Spigen Rugged Armor, seriously it will lift up the protector. If the Hao similar size with Samsung stock protector, I think perhaps ok with UAG case. |

QUOTE(Dozz @ May 18 2017, 05:10 PM) I'm in Taiwan now, just finished wrapping my S8+ with back and side full covered. Something like clear coat I guess. It cost around RM110. That's unique and nice![attachmentid=8826043] [attachmentid=8826045] [attachmentid=8826046] [attachmentid=8826051] [attachmentid=8826056] |
