I faced this problem more than a month ago, and when I contacted support by email then, I only got a 1 or 2 line response and never responded again to my replies. I called support again by telephone yesterday. No response yet.

I don't know if my number was blacklisted previously but the first response I got by Grab support was bad since they never gave reason why my account was banned, just said I gamed their system.

It looks like Grab is quite liberal with banning its users/drivers and does not have a proper appeals process. And it looks like they outsource their customer support to a poor company.

I'm not going to waste time going there unless its along my way and Uber works fine. But for taxi drivers, Grab looks like a risky company to do business with if my interactions with their support is anything to go by. They haven't replied to my call yet and or sent me any message saying that they are still working on it.

Try to contact them via twitter, they are much more responsive in there from what i've seen
