When Uber closed, I installed Grab and tried to use. I've never used Grab before and they banned me right away. Appeal process is useless as they never provide any reason. So now I use MyCar all the way.

samething happened to me.. i think one of my friend use my number to register.. now the account has suspended.. i have called cs, even headed to jaya hq... they can't do anything... sigh
