I quite disagree with you, if you look at the design for the 90s you feel outdated. Times goes either we like or not but the design vintage is timeless and evergreen

Yes I agree about the width of the corridor is quite small around 1.5-meter width

Got info some of the junkyards will be clear out for the new projects after the Digital City project completed

Heck, even the Tuan Residency was from junkyards site, just use thick curtain and you won't see it.

Other than that the quality of the building is so damn nice, the location is what makes this project sold out

560psf is before the discount but after the discount is around 500psf+- (2018)

The price will gonna up when The Kuala Lumpur Digital City will be finished around next year with new MRT walking distance

Easily around 650psf and more

And of course, I'm talking about 879psf

Went to Zizz quite a few times.Thou I like the location and on paper seems Zizz looks nice but in reality, the place feel hollow. The shops many are vacant especially during Covid19 much worse. The maintenance seems abit off
