The 1st phase completion is in 2021, it will be speed up after covid restriction as many projects around KL and Selangor

I manage to stay for a few months (need to stay other places(business matter)

I must say the HR/Maintenance/cleaner is improving and getting better compared to previous management

They act fast when there is a problem. The neighbour seems nice, friendly and peaceful

I think it is really suitable for family type

Hopefully getting better when I come back

Depending on the unit some get side by side car park

Overall the car park area is easy to access through an elevator and not a complicated plan/layout
