The 1st phase completion is in 2021, it will be speed up after covid restriction as many projects around KL and Selangor

I manage to stay for a few months (need to stay other places(business matter)

I must say the HR/Maintenance/cleaner is improving and getting better compared to previous management

They act fast when there is a problem. The neighbour seems nice, friendly and peaceful

I think it is really suitable for family type

Hopefully getting better when I come back

Depending on the unit some get side by side car park

Overall the car park area is easy to access through an elevator and not a complicated plan/layout

I don’t know that’s why I’m asking.

Not a TOD
No mega offices like Bangsar South or KLCC
No universities nearby like Bandar Sunway

People who rent would have many options around the same price point.

I personally like the location very much since I am driving. It is connected to Jalan Kuching without directly being in front of the highway like it’s siblings Tuan2 and Tuan3. And I like the look and feel of it.
