You may want to consider below station which you can do pull-up, chin-up, knee raise, push-up and dip station. We are having promotion in 11street now.

Go decathlon and try
https://www.decathlon.my/p/8491828_weight-t...-back-pull.html https://www.decathlon.my/p/8380452_weight-t...s-chin-ups.html Pull up / chin up is simple, no momentum, just pull up and down. As long as there is horizontal bar, it will do find, no need review gua, unless you got specific requirement like you're 100kg then door gym might not work, don't over complicate things. Muscle up requires more sturdy, stable and heavy rack since you will be using momentum, same thing applied for kipping. This post has been edited by helven: Mar 6 2020, 11:59 AM |

QUOTE(eirn_drock @ Mar 6 2020, 04:28 PM) Thanks for your reply. Keeping this in mind 👍 How's the deacthlon pull up station doing for you? Are they any good? Solid build? There's a myriad of selection for pull up station on shopee/lazada at around half the price. Is this one worth the money?Edit: the RM600 one seems reasonable. Will check it out |
