Pull up / chin up is simple, no momentum, just pull up and down. As long as there is horizontal bar, it will do find, no need review gua, unless you got specific requirement like you're 100kg then door gym might not work, don't over complicate things.

Muscle up requires more sturdy, stable and heavy rack since you will be using momentum, same thing applied for kipping.
