hey guys. got a question to ask. i have a security lock on my 5300s keypad and i seemed to have forgotten the password. is there any way to unlock it without formatting the phone and losing any data and about how much would it cost? is it very hard to do or are there anyy diy software i could use to unlock it? thanks!

the generator he is providing is not to unlock the sim lock, but to reset/unlock the phone security code.

IIANM, there is generator to unlock the 'sim' lock as well. Found it when I was googling for generator to unlock security code.

not applicable to nokia bb5 platform.

yes to old nokia (i.e. 3310).

some old se phone can be unlocked via those generator too, but that doesnt come free.

i have recently acquired a blackberry curve from the UK. it is however, locked to a network and as such, i am not able to use it with the maxis network which i am on in malaysia.

an advisor from maxis has told me to try lowyat.net so here i am...
