Not the kind of bike if you're pendek type of a person. 6' or higher recommended for those kind of bike.

I've riden Binelli 600 as a practice/ license test bike, tip toeing a bit but manageable. The gear sometimes still engaged while the meter says it's N. Really stable during emergency braking. Ye the chances of getting a lemon is quite high as I heard quite a few complaints especially the gearbox reliability but yea 3% defect rate is quite normal in this industry.

these 2 bikes seat height are lower than the versys 650,

the trk is ~800mm-815, cb ~ 790-810? compare to versys 840mm
*
It depends on the bike configuration or structure to be exact. If 800m then it's the same as 600 TNT then it'll be manageable but need to tip toe. I've sat on Ducati Diavel and able to flat footed, now that's good height for me of 5'4" only. Even on my Vulcan S I need to opt for Reduced Reach package which brings the handle like 1 inch inward.

Chit chat with the guy at the workshop. It started as 'best la boleh try moto macam2 kat workshop ni'. He replied 'ooo bang jangan cakap la bang, macam macam perangai moto ni bang'. He talked about washing them. Generally, water jet and modern bikes doesnt not go well. There are so many electronics ports and sensors, it's very easy to pop one and cost you stupid thousand ringgit. Ducati is the sissiest when is comes to water spray/jet.

Guys, mind to give some reviews on ktm duke 250 ?

I'm planning to buy the new 2017 ktm duke 250, read somewhere that this new 2017 duke 250 will release soon.... most will use for kampung and city ride...
*
Heard a few complains about previous version of Duke and hopefully they're rectified with the latest model but really any brand/model can be a lemon and personal preference is very subjective. This Duke has quite a large number of owners in Malaysia so dive in lah.

Here kapchai rules but yea scooters are becoming more popular. I cannot brain scooter so maybe with bigger cc there's more torque so I think this one might get it.

It doesnt matter what bike you ride. Murah ke mahal. It's what you do with it. If the sight of dirty old kapchai makes you feel sick then there's something quite not right with you.

As yes, jangan sekali test drive moto orang/member even if he handed you the key. Not even your dad's ride. Don't.

TEMERLOH BIKE WEEK. 27th Oct 10am to 29th Oct 1am at Semantan Walk.

My group is planning to ride there from Kelantan via Gua Musang/Kuala Lipis/Jerantut or via LPT2 depends on the final decision.

Also beware when using LPT2 for motorcyclist as there's no petrol station available along the route so fill up or plan before you enter it.

Im not familiar with temerloh either.

LPT2 has lots of straight that invites you to speed up but I myself almost ran out of fuel speeding on it.

Last time I go from trg to cherating the bumpy part is near Ajil but other part is very clear. Just have to watch the fuel really.

Speaking of kapcai, really if you're accustomed to acceleration of a bigger cc then a 90cc bike is an upsetting experience anytime. Give it 135cc so that it can slightly edge a car. Or 125cc two stroker.

I bought demak 90 just to park a plate num and used it to go to work thru kampung road which is not bad but now I got to commute like 6km more to a new site, pushing just to 80kmh on the main road is a huge task or burdening for the bike which maxed at 90kmh barely.

Oh but I'm so attracted by that 27-liter tank, since I'll need to commute further after June because my office is shifting out to Mutiara Damansara.

That almost doubles the current 15-liter tank, (27 liters of fuel = 27kg) which I think contributes significantly to the porky 275kg all-up weight.

Weight in itself isn't really an issue per se, but whether or not it makes the bike feel top heavy is the real question.
*
Mmg top heavy bro plus load in boxes lagi. But torque might be bit lacking that even 650 versys rider said when testing/switched to vulcan s said the later is stronger, can overtake in topgear.

Urkh, 900rs. Im so not into that kinda look. And had some pointers from owner of mt09 the jerky bastid throttle model, remapping the bitch has turned it into manageable monkey. With more speed, he traveled the same distance I would take with my vulcan s basikal. Damn thing.
