QUOTE(basilisk @ Jun 6 2018, 04:05 PM) QUOTE(megahertz @ Jun 6 2018, 04:09 PM) i tot its on sale already? my friend found it on bike shop, but not sure where. Back then in 2017 there was a photoshop image of a 175cc kawa and yamaha that went viral. Up until now those big 3 still silent about it. Only 150cc was introduced by honda and yamaha, then Sym take the gamble introducing 185. sym vf3i, 183cc price around rm8500 if u dont need clutch, then there is no such things, unless u take less cc bike like lc135 or wave etc. or u can take scooter In my experience with ns200, with low cc like that you have to play the throttle in order not to stall the engine so I happen to suck at that. Bigger cc when you engaged the clutch, the power delivery went well that i can even finish JPJ test using only first two gears at most. |

Glad that I don't fancy classic look or I might fell victim to such scheme. The only thing that make sense to me when seeing a cafe racer is that they're replica of Grand prix late 1940s bikes.

Heh, I can't use RON97 really because I ride around 120kmh-130kmh (minus 7kmh for gps speed) and when I'm on Merapoh-Padang Tengku hiway will up the speed up to 150 or play2 top speed for few km. At such speed I will be burning my money faster with RON97 but yea occasionally did use it.

My Vulcan S was diagnosed with air filter temperature sensor fault. Diagnostic check cost rm80, sensor rm80 and labour another rm80. Lel
Add: or is it air intake temp sensor? This post has been edited by PedangGila: Jun 28 2018, 11:10 AM |

QUOTE(basilisk @ Jun 28 2018, 11:13 AM) sometimes some sensor not working is ok, unless the bike wont function properly. Thing is they seems to remove the option to self diagnose the ecl from the bike so that we have to drag the bike to their workshop just for checking. I tried the method suggested in vulcan s forum but it doesn't work. DIY the fix will cost more as I don't have the tools.jz tht check engine light is on only. cant get vulcan s, service manual cos kawa kedekut, need to buy, if not , maybe u can find the error code, then change the sensor yourself. Update: Just picked up the bike and luckily the sensor was fine as it's only the wire had a very small cut, easy fix but the mechanic/shop charges me the price of a brand new sensor. Mintak kurang sikit nak buat isi minyak tak bleh so that will be the last time I'll go to 'your' shop. Also with the sensor fault, the exhaust still blew off the gases indicating a messed up mixture when I close the throttle to upshift. The idle was rough like almost 1.5k rpm This post has been edited by PedangGila: Jun 28 2018, 10:30 PM |

QUOTE(skincladalien @ Jun 28 2018, 03:17 PM) hi guys, wanna ask expert opinion. I've ride ns200, in 2nd gear without throttle full clutch disengage, the engine will stall. The engine is weak so cannot be compared to bigger cc where I use only first gear for titi, slalom, number 8 and sharp turns on a TNT600. The technics esp clutching and throttle control are very different. You gotta train with the test bike really IMO. More ns200 is light very forgiving bike but far from the 600cc ++ beast used by driving school. I am taking B full with no bike experience. Attended first day of practical and cant even turn properly on the modenas kriss (straight line ok) I was thinking to get a cheap clutch bike like modenas ns200 for practice. Is this feasible? So no need to waste money on smaller training bike, just spend more time training with driving school's bikes and collect a few scars as I did two years ago. Though, I've been riding bike since age of 12 or so. |

QUOTE(skincladalien @ Jun 28 2018, 08:38 PM) thanks for the input. Oh, gonna take a while then but yea falling at a golden age is something really. I was quite athletic in my young days so on thing that I can say it that when you're moving fast whether running, on bicycle or motorbike (freaking english when you say bike they think it's a bicycle) is that look at where you wanna go.. Do that and everything will follow suit like a magic. If you look at a tree, called target fixation, then you'll head directly to that tree. Look around ahead of the tree then you'll get around it instinctively. i missed to mention i am old fag who parents dun let ride bike when small and now i grew up pay for my own lesson. i feel its actually harder than it seems lol since i never ride a bike before. Harder for old dog to learn new tricks i guess. and the fear of falling is more when older. young time can fall like no body business just brush it off Easy for me to say when I spent most most my youth time running, cycling and biking really with few 'sparring' along the way but that's what world champion did too. You'll head towards what you're looking at. |

Yea I did that but only clock is flashing.I have 2012 er6n and 2015 versys650 manual, and both also use same method to turn on self diagnostic. as explained here for vulcan s https://www.vulcanforums.com/forums/130-vul...rror-codes.html already charge labour price still wana charge for sensor price but din replace sensor?? that is unreasonable..! |

QUOTE(basilisk @ Jun 22 2019, 12:01 AM) Ben-Harley anyone...?? lol... Looks like a twin parallel engine. LOL how different can it sound really. I might go for Binelli Xdiavel cloneQianjiang - Geely group - Benelli - proton... https://www.cnet.com/roadshow/news/harley-d...orcycles-china/ Quote from article above. " While it doesn't yet have a name, Harley-Davidson promises that the bike will "embody a distinctive look, sound and feel." Both the bike and its engine will be built at a Qianjiang factory in China. This is a promising market for H-D, which saw its Chinese retail sales grow 27 percent in 2018 over the year before..." OK at least it doesnt have that insectoid alien robotica mecha so called modern look... LOL... good... ![]() |

Now playing with Dinamik. Giving it 60mm piston and other toyols. Expecting it to arrive in October, a weekend bike with no intention to bully our beloved 4T kapchai.
