yes, Nankai is a very old brand...most youngsters these days havent even heard of it (too hung up on alpinestars, dainese, etc etc)... they even used to have a boutique here in MY located in Sunway about 20 years ago.

By themselves, the marshalls can't stop / divert traffic.
However, they can assist the abam polis traffik during a convoy which is also being escorted by the abam polis trafik as well.

+1 on this.   
There were also cases where the "marshall jadian" is riding a white motorcycle which looks like a polis trafik bike.

I didn't keep a copy, but this is the guy who taunted he crossed Penang bridge with 750cc bike at 370kmh.
Google for '750cc 370kmh' you can find something, but no luck with that video.
