Hey do you mind to tell the marketing dpmt that think something good especially for existing customer. I mean criteria such as long term investors (no in and out of fund frequently), minimum amount of investment...

Most of the promo are targeting to lure customer not enhancing present customer base.

As you can see in the previous promo, (no offense to the winner) those winner got the free gold and run away. You think the ecosystem can sustain in the long term? In the eye of long term investors, you just taking fees to support this.

Make some rule such as won gold can't be withdraw in 6 months or minimum investment time frame must at least few months to entire chance to win etc etc.

I mean no offense to previous opportunist, this is completely normal.

hi guys, i checked that the buying and selling fees is at 2%? even if i buy a gold worth rm100? is there anyone can clarify in this matter?

Dont buy/sell on wkend its 2%+2% Buy/sell on weekdays its only. 0.79% if im not wrong

About one week still not yet get back my money, reported using the app and message hellogold support , after report , I think only submit my withdrawal , so have to wait again another few days . Feel a bit disappointed .

Actually this is not my first time I withdraw from hg , but this is my mine very first time wait 7 days also didn't get back my money , usually max it took up to 3 days exclude weekend.

Msg hg support say my withdrawal under process , since got reply from them should be no problem ..

At this rate they probably will, too little buy and store gold with HG. But your gold and savings should be saved, worst case they just sell and refund ppl.
