Are you using office address? From my experience, they won't try last minute delivery with office address. Not even Saturday.

This is the hard part. They are so freaking secretive. No address, no number. Just call them when you reach there and they will ask the supervisor to guide you, at least that's for my case.

They are not the best. Got one time I bought a Lego set online. I really like the delivery as they sms an url where you can monitor the delivery guy movement. He went home with my item due to rain but I showed up in front of his apartment and shocked him.

I called them. Impossible to get it tonight. Item still in hub shah alam. I click on that unknowingly and was told I redirect to bangi. Faster ask them to cancel and sent back to sg buloh for self collection.

Nothing la. Ninja sms whether you want redirect to ninja point for self collection. The date that was given for my parcel is 6th May. Somehow I clicked to see what's going on and was shocked to be told I redirected mine to Bangi which is miles away from Kepong.

Yeah me too... they wrote in the sms self collect faster. Can call them at 015 48480089 to clarify or want to cancel redirect.

Actually is between 4-6. It was shown in tracking too. I think they are doing this to reduce the burden from the sudden surge of shipment. I think there was a directive from lazada that it should be completed by the latest 6th. Lately many incoming shipment from lazada during sales was slapped with a lazada priority sticker and was delivered rather quickly.

It didn't really matter...
