The Accord handles better but the Camry is more comfortable. Both are good cars. It just depends on your preference.
You should be aware that both models are due to be replaced in 2018 so if it's not urgent, you should hold off on buying until next year.

There are a couple of things here:
2.0 D segment cars do 0-60 in around 9 seconds. It's not fast and it won't do much for you on a race track but it's fast enough for normal people driving to work etc. When I leave my condo in the morning, I don't floor the accelerator and push the red line all the way to the office.
The current Accord has been on sale since 2008 with various faces. The model for 2018 will be all new. There is really no point in buying a car at the end of its product life cycle regardless of the discounts offered.

QUOTE(franson @ May 4 2017, 10:15 AM) Been eye-ing and waiting eagerly the new camry and new accord since my Honda City is barely fit in a family with 2 kids in car seat. Will more towards Camry after years driving Honda, I feel Toyota is much comfortable and NVH also better than Honda. Hope our UMW Malaysia not so cheapskate take out all the safety and features when comes to Malaysia P/S 35 years old driving a Camry wouldn't considered Ah Pek right I bought an Accord when I was 32. It's a good car but when I checked out other Accord drivers, they were all in their 50s. The Camry probably appeals to drivers a little older than that. If the Camry image bothers you, you could go for something trendier like the CRV or X-Trail.

QUOTE(ayamxxx @ May 7 2017, 09:09 PM) The 9th gen Accord have hardest suspension among D segment u have mentioned. Not sure if it due to 18" tyre size. It's the suspension set up too. I have one. I bought it for a few reasons. One of them was that it was the best handling of the 3 Japanese D segment cars in my budget (Honda, Toyota and Nissan). The Mazda 6 2.0 was 'kosong' and the 2.5 was out of my budget. They didn't have a mid-spec version like the other 3 at the time (2011).
