Just ignore him la.... Did you provide him with a reciept? IF yes, ask him to deal with the dealer lo.

I encountered this kind of problem before. I bought a Gecube card from Mika and there is a problem after using it for 1 day. I called Mika and he gave me the distro name and phone num. Then I called up the warranty department and I drove to their office to get a replacement card. Settle in 2 days.

Anyway, it is good to see that you are a good bulker that willingly to help your buyer though he is a pain in the ass. haha.

Finally, I received his card on this Tuesday 24/04/2007, Wednesday morning I direct go supplier there to claim the warranty, I'm so lucky, because already near 2 month already, my supplier still can direct 1 to 1 exchange for me.

Old card:
S/N : MG0612024959

New card:
S/N : MG0612024236

erm, I send it today for him via poslaju, tracking number is ED565927000MY. Wanna see him test the card, still got problem or not... btw, I have charge him RM30 as warranty claim process services charge. sweat.gif

if the buyer dun 1 send back to seller... seller dun need to worry la... it's not ur fault also...

seller onli need to wait for the card... if the buyer no send.. wat r u worrying abt?...

by the way, u r selling somethg to someone, u must understand not all customer know computer well... if this problem comes out, u must know how 2 help customer to troubleshoot until find out which part bring the problem.

if cant do any troubleshooting, buyer has to send back to seller and seller will test it. once found out the card problem, seller has to pay all postage...
if other way round, buyer has to pay all postage.

p/s: i dont agree to charge any fee to buyer, if the card has problem but if the 1 to 1 period is over, then diff story.. why called someone n00b?.. somemore he is ur customer... doh.gif not everyone know computer tat well as u do...

Jonglik, if Jian_yi doesn't give a damn whether this xiaoming post the card back or not, you'd call him irresponsible. He's follow up on that case shows he's responsible.

Btw, there is no reason why seller has to bear all the cost. It is fair if both shares. The way you said makes it sounds as if the seller is at wrong for the *possible faulty card, what if the card is not faulty?

Try to understand the situations more my friend, try to put yourself in the seller's shoes and understand Jian_yi's situation.

I do not see any problem in the way he handle this issue.
