well there is nothing much you can do..worse come to worse, you have go there bring along your PSU and test the graphic card there...but that would be very costly...if your buyer keep on nagging and bring it up to the lowyat forum, it would be very troublesome...

dude, i have same experience with you too, recently sold my Galaxy 7300GT 128MB (well, i think you knew my card tongue.gif) to one of this forummer, i'm not saying he's dumb, or watsoever (opps...said that...), but after get the item from me, he plugged in and SMS-ed me, his display messed up, flickering and gotten worse when in gaming session, and i'm suprised, because, before re-package to him, i've already stress test, 3DMark05 looping, all gone flawless, so my theory is, it might be his driver. so, i asked him to re-install the driver, done...but the problem still persist and he's already asked me to refund, laugh.gif wtf...that soon? so after few hours, when i'm not too busy, i managed to get some time and technical assist him how to trouble shoot, yes, i even asked him what's his PSU, monitor or watsoever, and finally, found the culprit...he's on 1152x864 @70Hz, which is not really good IMO, when set to 1024x768, the problem solved and no more flickering...doh.gif - so there's goes my experience with one of my buyer, he's only little too in-experience in this i must say...

i think sharing the costs for RMA would be the best option now...the buyer probably wont disagree as he seems to regret for delaying the process.

Sori for so late only come in. I really busy, i just get my SPM result, i need time to apply for many thing and discuss with my parents. I wana faster settle my study first, but I really dun know will come up with much problem now.

You didn't tell me that after the 14days 1 on 1 change would be like this, i need time to testing man, this is my first time meet this kind of problem, sure will curious abit. When you tell me that if you swap a new unit still have the same problem then is my system problem, that is already near the end of 14days. I really dunno much about computer stuff, I brought this card just for gaming, I have no idea will come out this kind of problem. Forget telling one thing,I just changed my PSU but the same problem happen, I wan fast to change it see wether is my system problem or the card. But I really dun wan argue about it already, I will post back the card for RMA and i will pay for the poslaju fees, but the RMA you will pay for yourself because the card haven used for 1 month. Ok? I really dun have much time now, need to busy about my further study.

Hi xiaoming.

This is what u get when u buy from other forummer who just wanna make quick buck - not-so-good after sales service support. If u not familiar with something, u should go shop and ask the shopkeeper for recommendation and assurance, stuff like - "What if the stuff me gonna buy is not compatible with my current system" and so-on.
Buying from online or from forummer is when u want to buy with the cheapest price and very sure of something and able to settle problems urself. This is the main differences between buying from shop and from forummer/online - u get what u pay. U got problem with the card, bring it to shop, shopkeeper check for u, exchange 1 for u or send it to RMA, wait for a period, u get back ur card fixed. As simple as that.

Shop wont ask u to pay for the RMA transportation fees too & wont call u noob buyer.

If seller willing to 1 to 1 exchange for u, why dont u let him take care all for u? U send back to seller 1st, maybe he can troubleshoot for u, if really got prob then just send for exchange. FYI 1 to 1 exchange is different with RMA. 1 to 1 exchange means the supplier will exchange for u a new one with the stock in his hand. For RMA u need to wait few weeks and RMA also depend on terms and conditions, sometime some reason can void RMA u know.

Don't bother him lar... Super noob. So small already worry about this and that. If he mature a bit then die lar? Jump from building? Postage and RMA fee all let him pay. This is not your fauly anyways. And because of the buyer don't know the card requirements doesn't mean you are at fault. Change 1 to 1 with supplier if the buyer pay for it.

this is a hot topic la.. i think that the buyer should actually handle all the problems himself.. bought already and does not want to send the stuff to u back for 1 to 1.. that's an idiot.. u give him chance and he juz let the chance slip away. no point to waste ur time helping him.. probably u should have changed ur policy during selling the items after u have sold the card and encountered problems with that buyer.. man.. he's a real pain in the arse..
