Because I have my April generated on 2 April and the statement includes the transactions incurred on 2 April which is a weekend in the same statement, the same statement showed rebates from previous month, but does this rebate shown included the transactions incurred on 2 April since they are shown in the same statement?

Transaction Date determines cashback eligibility, i.e. whether you swiped on Sat/Sun or weekday. This is the key indicator.

Posting Date determines which monthly cashback quota to be utilized.
