Besides, MH on the PS is how I first played the series and is where it all started anyways.

That's​ good news but with all the cross region purchases going around I do wonder if the online sub is going to be region specific or not? If I buy MHXX would I need a Jap online sub along with a US one to play MK8? Confusing

Also, you're right about the Pokemon thing. The mainline game since Diamond and Pearl has always been a dual-screen experience with more than a few of the game mechanics relying on it. Pokemon "Star" is an update to Sun/Moon, as such was never gonna end up on the Switch. If a mainline Pokemon game was gonna be on the switch it would have to be something entirely new with an overhauled design and mechanics.

A lot of people went into this with WAY TOO high an expectation but I guess the clerical error didn't help either.

Sad that Pokken Tournament is getting so much undeserved shit because it wasn't the game people were completely overhyped for. It's a great Pokemon game and I am way more excited for it than Pokemon UltraSun/Moon even though I've already played it on the WiiU. September could not come soon enough...

What? No love for S.Bomberman R, Fast RMX or Snipperclips?

Based on what? This one instance where a rumoured Pokémon game did not turn up on your system of choice?
Really?...

Couple of things;

1. The 3DS is inherently different than the Switch and has its own ecosystem of games that can only be complemented by the system.

2. The 3DS has a large player base with 60 million units sold as oppose to the 3 million unit of Switch sold. Why would Nintendo abandon that?

3. I think the low graphics of the 3DS is one of the main reason why it's such a success. I think this allowed the developers to make games without needing a large budget and afford the games its low price point of $40 in the market. I mean isn't that why the Vita failed?

4. I'm not saying that there is never going to be a mainline Pokemon game on the Switch but just because it didn't come out this year as some people expect it to (based on rumors and speculation might I add) doesn't mean they get to act like entitled brats.

If you find a cheap Samsung one make sure to test it to see if it's fake. Hell, if you find any microsd that too cheap to be true test it out to make sure it's not fake.
