Since is no annual fee, still can keep it.

Most of my transactions used apps, didn't missed any CB so far 

I just used the Lazada prepaid card and spend rm170.15  on Lazada last month on the Lazada apps. And as recent transaction came, the cash rebate was regarded as cash rebate other retails at 0.5% and not 15%.

I don't know why, any idea where I can dispute this matter?
