Anyone that using the CIMB Lazada prepaid card? Is the cashback applicable for all items or just certain item?

The 15% bonus cashback seems too good to be true if not limited to certain items. Nowadays there are hardly any good vouchers from Lazada... planning to use this for some mobile reloads.

i can imagine one possible thing to happen is what you calculate does not tally with the statement, maybe in terms of few cents or 1 ringgit plus.

Called CIMB for Taobao Hangzhou issue and they said nothing much can be done as posting is done by merchants. They want me to contact Taobao to address this issue.

So, in short nothing can be done until someone can find out how this posting is done.

Can I confirm with anyone that can get cash rebate for below items with CIMB Platinium Cash Rebate? (I stay in Johor Bahru, from the MCC list on post #3, I found mostly are available only in KL?)

1. Petrol 2% CR in any petrol station(Shell, Petron, Petronas), swipe at anywhere in M'sia?
2. Grocery 2% CR at supermarket (Giant, Tesco, AEON), swipe at anywhere in M'sia?
3. Mobile bill payment 2% ? (Digi, Umobile) (Postpaid)?
4. Utility bill payment 2% ? (TM, ...etc)
5. Online spending 5%? can get if buy from MPHonline or Popular online?

Apparently PBB Quantum also has this issue with Taobao HZ that tagged under groceries.

This is the reply i get when email them through cimbclicks.

Looks like Lazada website is also affected and will not get 5% cashback.

I got cash back last month for Lazada website.

I see, then I may complain to BNM if that happens to me.
What's the point of rolling out a co-branded card with Lazada when simple things like this also can be wrong.
