CS offer cash back RM30 with RM 200 spending but I rejected.

I just apply for CB & WMC, they send together with Petronas & VS 

Total 4 cards & never spend single cent with the VS

But how much should I really expect the final credited amount after I made the purchase?  An extra rm50 or 100
Anyway I could estimate the actual amount? What's cimb normal bank fee rate?

2nd time apply CIMB CR then approved (after 6 months)
but the credit limit too many for me.
its 4x my salary. 
and looks like CIMB CR no need so much credit limit for it also
(as they never offer any 0% balance transfer though)
