Yea imported sets from China use Note 4 for MTK and 4x for SD625.

New owner of Redmi Note 4x 32GB Snapdragon Black edition. Was previously using S7 Edge. Everything on S7 Edge is better of course, except for battery. With same usage I was getting approx 4.5-5hr on S7E. With this one, I still have 50% left after 4.5hrs Sot!

Since both are Snapdragon, will both perform equally?

I helped a relative buy one at rm649 for the 32GB 3GB version from Gadget Village. Since same hardware and it's to bring to overseas I chose the cheaper option.

Anybody using AEX ROM? I just got a 64gb 4gb Malaysian ex forum member set, after using S7 Edge and Note 5 they both can't last a day.

When I got it it it was on 8 days standby with 38% battery left, the fella didn't switch off the phone after putting it in the box. So far feels fast and snappy with almost stock Google ROM. I think it's slightly smoother than the 3GB ram version I tried before.

Great, will stick to this ROM for now. No complaints so far and don't have to carry powerbank around anymore.

BTW I found a full screen tempered glass with adhesive on the whole tempered glass as opposed to those with the sides only. Costs rm25 from one of the shops at Lowyat Plaza.

Hmm.. More than 24hrs already and battery is still alive lol..when do u guys charge the battery? Do you wait until it reach to single digits or just charge it overnight ?

Ah ok, will have to get used to it, but its a good problem to have haha

Feels much lighter moving around without powerbank.

I don't know why all the flagship phones come with small batteries, it's one or the aspect overlooked.

Problem is it is not efficient also compared to SD625, more power always use more battery. To get the same battery life they need at least 4000-5000 mah.

BTW, those who can use Google camera try it! It forms with EIS and videos are really smooth, no shakiness. Also low light is better.

About RN4 size is still acceptable la, just with better specs

8h 45 min sot, with soek online gsking and GPS
28 hours with 5% left.

Yea very good value for money phone. Was considering P2 but cost almost same like used flagships like S7 Edge so I disregarded it. For RM700 or below with 64GB 4GB is hard to match.
