I think she must have choose the wrong TG. if you live nearer to them, just go back and bring the receipt.

Yea it does come with a temporary sp but you need replace it. Note 4 slight different because it's edge is 2.5d you need get sp that curve slightly on edge. Some normal shop just cover middle I got con last time

i Think the screen cover that comes with the phone either have wording on them or is matte (see pic) , better ask the shop to stick the SP for you & make sure it is not like the second pic.

Just to add. The "floating edge" TG on the second Pic (from Facebook)... I got same "floating edge" type from CKYStore ... i bought 2 and they send me two like that . Moral of story ... go to shop and buy the Screen Protector / Temper Glass straight ask them to apply on the spot . If edge floating can reject ,

i went to their shop so it was perfect because i choose the one with FULL COVER

If non coloured frame tg, it will have the floating edge.
Need to put some oil there at the edge.
In not mistaken, like bonier brand tg.

Got mine at Rm10, got extra few.
