i also heard the developer damn broke already...
those 1st buyers early early wan, need pay for clubhouse but no clubhouse till now...

SA told me developer will start building clubhouse this year, but that was April until now still dont have any movement yet,
without the clubhouse this project is no diff from mid-cost apartment. I've stop waiting the clubhouse & bought Sutera Maya @ old klang road.

I have purchased the company profile from SSM and their last year financial made lost. I am wondering whether they have budget to build the club house. I am thinking whether taking risk to buy it. hmm.gif

rm350k for 1300sqf is great price, but without facilities, thats the point holding me.

Actually the outlook of the house is quite nice and RM350K is reasonable for current market.

wow kinkin .. u still looking at this unit a ? soo long ald.. not worth to buy it le.. what i heard is 13xx sqf.. price pushed around 480 K already wor..
club house still ongoing but we will never know until when it will be done .. sigh....
maintenance service, we are changing new provider as suspected many issues occur during the previous management body (most likely on the messy account and $$$ part) at the moment, we are still monitoring the current management body in case if they are worse / better...
access road.... we will have to wait till the olive hill starts operating.. by then we would (hopefully) get to have such access going out.. but looking at the traffic and corners.. this might not be safer if we re-route from the guardhouse 2.

ya, not much new project and landed house is limited at that area.
yes you are right, management problem is the largest issue happened in everywhere.

hi, recently i went to have a look at bayan villa and found it quite attracting. However, the 1400ft unit is asking price 450k..personally, i think it is expensive..

and as mentioned, another concern will be the access road which is quite terrible.

any suggestion and input whether it is worth to buy?i plan to buy for own stay

I own a unit in Bayan Villa. We have new maintenance management now. Far lot more better than the previous one. We have in house contractor who can do repairs and fixes for a good deal of price. The clubhouse is almost complete. I guess it will be operating early next year (Can't wait for it thouh). I've been staying here for 3 yrs now. Quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Away from hustle n bustle of city life thumbup.gif
