Kinda down that suddenly network speed dropped drastically. Just happened since last weekend. Was doing 20 to 30 Mbps before this, with total download (one month) of about 100GB. Now with this kind of connection, much worse than Screamyx >.<

If 2 x CA band that speed u should lodge complain to digi. Because digi promise basic speed of 10mbps in LTE. LTE A deserve more than that for sure..

too bad , digi will say that u are the 20% of what we promised xD

2 band CA = 1mbps is totally a laughing stock. Might as well using 3g will do

I already did and they promised to get back within 72 hours..let's see whether they can restore this back. else, will escalate to SKMM immediately.

CA = carrier aggregation

Meaning 2 x = 2 band together in 1. Band 3 1800MHz + band 7 2600MHz is LTE advances for what digi adopt.

Get a case number from digi. If digi didn't settle it case, proceed to mcmc/skmm

Btw, I did try single band also earlier, and still got same sluggish performance. Really mad lah today , public holiday but yet couldn't do much with this kind of speed.

try find the feng shui location with lesser than -6
and u will see the difference

and of coz this RSRQ is also depending on how many users share the tower at the moment.
mean within same location
u can get -4 during midnight and -11 during peak hour ....

This is so far the best location, and as explained I managed to hit 20 to 30 Mbps before.. Not sure what went wrong. Anyway I will take up your advise and do another scouting around house to find the sweet spot. Thanks!
