Webe can't guarantee any quality outside of its network. If you look at other telco, all their numbers are rated for local network. That is the quality of their network. The quality of outside network depends on many factors such as
1. bandwidth subscribed with Celcom (if 3G data)
2. route it takes (which network it uses to access the target host)
3. quality of the underwater network cable services that they subscribe
4. total bandwidth Webe subscribe to that network (#3) else they need to throttle for FUP
5. if Webe pays for premium network priority from content provider
6. dll. more technicality behind network 'speed'

so, local test host for network speedtest service is as accurate (unless Webe prioritize that specific service to cheat) as it can be.

Yes... You should open an official case to them. Best is to bring your laptop and connect to their "free" or "official" UniFi network and explain in front of them.

Who knows when you connect to their "in-house" network, fast.com reaches above 40Mbps...

1) How is the network in Penang / Butterworth area? any user here can share your experience pls?

2) The unlimited data is claim to be 4G/LTE and no speed restriction, even using Youtube/download. I ready previously some complaints that Youtube not able to stream with HD mode using WEBE. any idea if the same applies?

3) Anyone can share their experience vs other telco?

I just change to webe today. at first few second it show LTE and it switch to 3g ever since.
My coverage were suppose to be LTE supported.
using iphone 7 plus.
receive an sms to set at apn i try but nothing change.. LTE is enabled.

try airplane mode on and off again..

btw you should change your apn name to webe prior to doing above

Butterworth area get good 4G coverage.. But for streaming youtube without restrictions is a lie.. Please write down the name of the webe promoter for skmm report later

I noticed they have china guangzhou server, good enough to route vpn for xiaomi ip cameras models that only can be used in china.
International versions are like 3x the price of chinese version for the same feature.
