top 10 developers commonly having two floors per month for high-rise.. judging so it needs 25 months with provision that groundwork and landscape/facilities were done earlier or concurrent.

Seems the developer "POLY RITZ COMMUNITIES (M) SDN BHD" was blacklisted for not clearing the gov's fine.

Since RUMAWIP is the affordable housing programme by the government(KPKT). Might be a bit too early to judge but not sure what the gov will do if their RUMAHWIP project failed.

Govt do what? See what happen with Residensi Jaya, Selangorku. Govt see only, no action..

I tried to do a company search on poly ritz but there are only 2 companies in the register which are Poly Ritz Construction (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and Poly Ritz Green (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.

POLY RITZ COMMUNITIES (M) SDN. BHD. is not found in the ssm search anymore.

No update on the 2018 court case too.

The CEO of Poly Ritz Development is now a lawyer, collecting 15k fees for the Circo Pantai Dalam project.



Also attached the company search for Impero Land Sdn Bhd which is the developer of Circo Pantai Dalam. The sales representative of the Circo Pantai Dalam told me that the past project of this developer is Ritz Commuities but can't see much connection in view that all are individual shareholders.

At launch in 2017 I urged people in this thread not to buy Ritz because of the super-weird layout and some other issues. Sad to see how slow the progress has been, and people starting to wonder about the developer. Hope things will work out well for the buyers.

I also warn them.. false advertisement like walkable to mrt is the biggest scam..
