then what can be done?

Stop it at its tracks before it gets any worse. You can save it as it is but u can never have a full head of head like u did prior to your balding. If want more hair have to go for hair transplant or the good old wig. Those are pricey though.

There are alternatives to doing expensive scalp treatments, hair tonics, minoxidil and propecia. If you are completely bald, there are no chance to grow it back. It's better to prevent further hair thinning problem when you still have 70percents of hairs. Try alavaxplus.com

The best way is to accept it. All the treatment out there are no cheap, some may work but they do cost a lot and it's not a one time off cure thing. They need maintenance, and once you stop , the hair will fall off too.

Keep your hair short, it looks tidy. This is better than hide your baldness by combing hair to the bald area.Try getting an electric clipper and cut your own hair. This way you can know the good length of the hair to keep - 2-3mm works for me after many tries.

Keep a bit of stubble (if you have any), it will compensate for hair loss, and may even look good on you.

and being bald is just part of being male. Don't worry about it. Everything does not last.

p/s: i started losing hair at 25 smile.gif Tried regaine, proscar, shampoo etc.
Now 100% accept it and move on.

Go visit Klinik Pakar Kulit Ranjit in Subang SS15

this clinic is legit but result wont last.

i have been with ranjit for 3 years, took the pills everyday and night.
initially the result was really satisfying, noticeable hair grow (even my facial/body hair).
but after a long period of time, when your body has immune the pill, your hair loss will start.....again.

tbh, there is no cure.

What about minoxidil 5% treatment? It's the only FDA drug approved for hair loss treatment as I know.

Ways to help reduce / deal with hair loss :

1) Regularly wash you hair with mild shampoo
- clean hair and scalp prevent hair loss

2) Vitamin for hair loss
- vitamin A encourages healthy production of sebum in the scalp
&
vitamin E circulates blood better in the scalp to help hair follicles remain productive
&
vitamin B helps to maintain healthy hair colour

3) Enrich diet with proteins
- eating lean meats, fish, soy or other proteins promotes hair health

4) Avoid brushing wet hair
- when the hair is wet, it is in its weakest state which have a higher chances of hair loss increases.
but if you must comb wet hair, use a very wide-toothed comb and use your fingers to undo
tangles.

5) Keep away from chemicals
- harsh chemicals and permanent hair colour products could be damaging for hair health.

Hope this helps you!

Still not too late.

Consult hairloss doctor.

I recommend Dr Shah Hair Clinic; best service.

Local celebrities went there as well.

Consultation is free.

1 hair = RM6

3000 hairs = RM18K

If you're lucky...no need transplant.

Medication alone can help.

Shave it bald. You keep worrying on stuff that don't matter will affect your confidence and ultimately affect your ability to make money.
Bald men are more confident and sexy.
