Update for my case - UniFi Lite only available for UniFi area. Streamyx area can't apply. Confirmed with TM Point and reseller. In short, I am stuck with Streamyx.

and now finally found online reseller say my area can apply Lite (despite all sources say cannot) with RM129.
Hmm.. applied with him and lets see how it goes..
