i rather take maxis 10M for rm139

Unifi 30Mbps is overkill + overprice (rm210.94), so NOPE

Thing is the price is not 

2 years later, double the speed and half the price, ie 20mbps at RM65-75 (+GST), 60mbps at RM100 (+GST) according to Ah Jib Kor.

u know what, this unifi lite plan actually only for unifi coverage area
@for those who dont want to subs for 30mbps RM179/month or still dont subs to unifi yet even their area already covered with unifi
if u think this plan for non unifi/streamyx area..dream on,im pretty sure 90% streamyx user cant subs to this so call unifi lite plan

Just came back from TM. Even my place got unifi...But I cant apply this unifi lite...
They say only for those without Unifi area....

could've sworn seeing many VIP5 users complain in main Unifi thread that they're upgraded to Lite 10??

I think thats for those prev upgraded when vip10 is still a TM product. Those not upgrade yet will get the new Unifi Lite.

UniFi Lite is mainly riding on VDSL.. for high rise (existing unifi areas) & for SUBB areas (new areas/upgrade from Streamyx)
Those landed areas which already have FTTH coverage, 99% chances is TM won't offer UniFi Lite in that area (even though actually can)

UniFi Lite is targetted to:
- SUBB / outskirt / rural areas
- Low income customers
- Low utilization area (existing UniFi high rise that has low demand)
- High competition area (existing UniFi with TIME Fibre also)
- Quality issues area (existing UniFi high rise with bad internal copper/SNR problem)

Who knows TM will secretly launch Unifi Lite Sabah/Sarawak package once SKR1M cable system is ready (expected in June 2017)? As a lot of customers are using Streamyx 4mbps at RM88 and the fibre networks are to be partly funded by the state government.
