QUOTE(Rudd @ May 21 2017, 10:21 PM) it stated 7 days in website, (does it i cannot receive call for 7 days?) how long your process took time? No la. It means 7 days to complete whole process, you still can do everything on your existing SIM card until it goes off network, then only you switch the SIM card. The process only starts when you have received your SIM, you will need to go to a website to initiate it, it is stated in the letter sent together with your SIM card. I MNP-ed from XOX, I think 4 days like that because Digi had issue with its system earlier.

QUOTE(plateau @ May 21 2017, 10:31 PM) My mnp experience is slightly different. Received mail from gdex, open up the letter and only have the simcard no letter. I also did not initiate at website after receiving the sim. Instead it was initiated automatically as i received the mnp sms that day asking for confirmation. Weird but I guess that gdex somehow can tally or something with digi Oh but I did mine last month and came with a letter, anyway the link can be found on Digi site.

QUOTE(StarPrimo @ May 21 2017, 10:42 PM) Some received the letter, some don't. DiGi said sim will be sent with a letter to explain the steps to activate the sim , but not all GDex packages are sent with the letter of instruction. No wonder but I did receive.

QUOTE(StarPrimo @ May 21 2017, 10:50 PM) Maybe only those that registered early last month got the letter. The ones that registered later,(especially this month) & some with the SIM card already activated before delivered did not get the letter. After all, already activated, just pop the SIM card in, & already can use !!So now no letter to instruct how to activate.... I supposed this is for new registrations and not MNP?

QUOTE(StarPrimo @ May 21 2017, 11:06 PM) Yeah.... DiGi CS insist will have a letter together with sim package but no letter came with sim. Somethimes do wonder if they are updated with the changes? Probably GDex is not doing the work, assuming that part is also outsourced to GDex.

QUOTE(crusher @ May 22 2017, 09:38 AM) Since the "unlimited" package release, anyone face frequent disconnection on phone calls? Or when answer there is "cracking" sound? The quality of phone calls I believe has been dropping compare to last time. No issue, still like normal.

QUOTE(Rudd @ May 25 2017, 10:10 PM) I have questions regarding digi website MNP. after i received new digi sim from gdex. Then my current telco sim went no signal. I plugged in new digi sim. Next step is, i must call digi customer service from my new digi sim? Or i can just call it from anywhere, eg:landline phone? Why need to call?

QUOTE(Jyazen @ Jun 4 2017, 09:51 PM) Digi Broadband having so many weird DNS problem, like Steam and google cannot open, 6-7 days d.... I wonder if Digi has stupid algorithm blocking those sites since I visit often. Last time can just use Google DNS solve all d problem now they lock d, change DNS even more pages cannot open. Weird because I can open 99% of pages fine, download speed good, but that 1% pages just cannot open at all, always time out. Google and Steam especially, both important :S I think I'll go write MCMC complain see what happens No issue with Google. Digi postpaid, prepaid and Infinite 150. Default DNS.

Google page is so fundamental. QUOTE(zubayr @ Jun 4 2017, 11:13 PM) I'm in Kajang area, at nite easily can reach 60Mbps however during daytime max is around 20-30Mbps OK la tu, I'm pretty contented to give up my UniFi 50Mbps for it due to its convenience and mobility.

QUOTE(aduhai @ Jun 5 2017, 11:00 AM) Hi.... I just migrate from hotlink to Digi postpaid 50 today. After install mydigi apps from play store , i check my internet quota it said your internet will be expired in 11 days. I understand internet quota valid for 1 month. But why I get only 11 days? Your bill cycle is every month's 16th, so it will renew every month's 16th.

It looks like it's really bad in you guys' areas. Me on another hand do not have so much of issues. Yes, I do experience slower speed at night. From 40Mbps to around 28 to 31Mbps, like now.
But still I subscribe it for mobility and the speed so far is sufficient for my usage.
I am in PJ area near to SS2.

QUOTE(kwaiharn @ Jun 17 2017, 09:47 PM) Recenlty my phone keep drop to 3g from LTE, anyone digi user here experienced this? Is the digi line problem or my phone problem? Please help, thx in advance Which location? No other family member who uses Digi? You can slot in SIM into another phone to validate further or use other SIM into your phone. I have no such issue.
