Can't but you can check via the iPhone Field Test. It will show the Download Bandwidth.
Technically Download Bandwidth for LTE-A (with the device that support LTE-A), will show double the bandwidth.

For example, at the same place, an iPhone 6, it shows 10MHz, In iPhone 6S, it shows 20MHz.

What plan did you meant? This is DiGi Fan Club thread. There are many plans in DiGi

Anyway, it always depend on your place, signal, tower, bandwidth, router(device), band frequency and others. There are so many factors that can affect your ping performance.
As for me, I'm using DiGi Infinite 150 and have no problem in playing online games. Ping is below 50ms when connecting to SEA servers

Similar ping recorded when I'm using DiGi Prepaid.

My advice, if you plan to subscribe Postpaid Plan, test DiGi Prepaid first. Especially in your house/room.

Using ZTE MF93d (MiFi) and Huawei E5186s-22a, both produce similar ping. Share with 8-12 more devices at the same time.
As for TV Box, as long as it is not P2P, no problem with DiGi

You can only register online.
Advanced payment for plan is RM318 which is the upfront payment for two months. So need to pay RM318
It will be deducted in your bill, dont worry. As lonf as no extra usage, your bill is always RM159/month
