Points and connection quite complete. If you have no much requirements, almost can plug and go everything. Alarm and semsor system, power gate points and power, light... Car porch provide weather proof high am power point for your jet cleaner and etc.

12 months Dimsum free, Unifi apply before move in, stainless steel clothes drying rack and etc... Can't remember all.

yes..asking this as u will be using this wkend hse and some owners may not moved in or some may used it as wkend hse....so if buzz intruder then it will make d neighbour crazy ...but if activated into ur phone then u can switch off using ur phone....but subject to if u installed a comprehensive alarm system n u will need unifi to monitor if any intruder then only switch off.....

So next time bayar cash sendiri ya

out of curiousity ....if its an intercom then it will be like a phone to the security guard hse....what if its congested as u know visitors come register...owners call intercom for this n that...meaning intercom bz how if intruder is prying or into ur hse already...should we not have a panic button to call where the guard hse will know owner confirm intruder coming into the hse....or once u press d panic button the guard hse will be alerted by a led light showing ur hse number? call n call congested how to save ur urself unless u have a panic or emergency room to hide first....

see ... no buyers staying also no pick up...if buyers all stayed already...got murder also no pick up...mati lol..... ...u should suggest dial a different number eg 010 then it go into different line to show murder taking place in ur unit then immediately pick up or security guard come to ur hse within 5 mins....haha
