I thought there will be a pass card given when collect keys... at the side of the precint entrance, there is a small in/out path way and one need to tag to the sensor for the small gate to open and access to it.

Since Lim gor didn't get it when collected keys, I'm now not sure leh.

Agreed tht the higher cost of maintenance gonna be incurred for any additional entrance... n most probably ppl would prefer to go the majestic park by then..... btw, when the majestic park gonna be ready?

      1. Sport Complex.. as per prev announcement
      2. Majestic Park  20 acres, gated and guarded, land clearing started,  this project will started tentatively  end of year and completed in 1 year time
      3. ample parking bays about 1100
      4. Eco Majestic Lab, will commence same as majestic park. marketing Head said after the morning exercise or jogging then can 'yum cha' @ Majestic Lab.

Hi all, I'm just another happy buyer .. got my keys ! Well have some small issues like paint , uneven surface, tile filing gap  and some rust tap. Overall quite good workmanship. 
I like the way they proved lighting point it's all powered up ..  to ensure all in order.

My view , its a wise decision to purchase it.

Heard that the Majestic Lab is inspired from Australia (Bourke Street if not mistaken).

Btw, the 9/4 preVP briefing is only for 1C or included other type as well?

Yes, very smart with the "box hole" too. You know the box hole I mean? To place shampoo and etc...

Because of that hole also, it is almost impossible to use a fancy external instant heater with rainshower. Built im heater is the better option.

I think Cradleton master bathroom are good enough. It's my ideal design. Only lacking part is I don't understand what don't allocate power point and mirror light point.

Haha... Have to plan how to decorate it. I already have idea.

Imagine some house use silver, some use Red,.Gold, Blue...

I hope EW could provide limited selection of lights for.owners to chose instead of everyone buying whatever design that they lights.

The only thing I don't like about this open concept is, it invade my privacy especially at night. Putting up a curtain will be slightly tedious to close it / open it, cleaning the curtain etc.
But it's a nice concept to brighten up the walkway anyway
