Just read on DMC,
when taking the pet for a walk, the purchaser shall ensure that the pet's faeces are not left lying around the property, and shall clean up into a dispose plastic bag and dispose to own bin and not other purchaser's bin. The purchaser shall register his pet with the developer and obtain a registration tag to be attached to his pet. if found without tag, will hand over the animals to the authority.

Friend listing is Ecoworld Internation (EWI) ...this is associated company to Ecoworld Development Msia...EWI is doing the overseas pty mkt......EW is doing the Malaysian mkt......

Pty cannot sell...not enough tenants to sustained the commercial areas...so no new launching on the commercial tower....as the existing 2 commercial shop lot launches may not even have good take up rates to start biz...that's why free one yr unifi to attract tenants to move in ...but remember free unifi is for one yr but unifi lock in contract is for 2 yrs...so tenants if staying for wkend will sure rugi after the 1st yr ...

SEH white light is LED? Usually white street light is LED I think.

On theory, white light need more lamp post. Cause white light have narrow spectrum than yellow light.

Actually now at home less than hundred bucks we can get motion sensor walkway light dy.

A good spotlight for front and back with motion and noise sensor also cost few hundreds bucks only. If you don't care quality, maybe less than.hundreds bucks.can get dy.

Some security camera can track sound/noise and motion too.

I wonder how it "differentiate" when a person walk, a bicycle, a motorcycle, a car, a van, a bus, a lorry, a tractor or even a excavator passby, compare to a person scream....    

Those who get the key already / soon pls also check the surrounding common area and feedback to EM the defects  or/and things that require improvements.  It will be good if can gather more purchasers to voice out the common issues (if any) on the common area.

But light need to stay until 8pm... Who甘牺牲stay there until 8pm?
Probably until some people moved in only can realised...
