Rerun the wiring for the lighting might not be feasible to the already completed backlane. We might need to consider using outdoor solar lighting if permissible. It might speed up the installation

No problem. Just that kitchen to yard not direct to outside yard so the pipe will need to go through yar.

The full jail level grill you can install, they can still come easily right from your main door if they one. Without even damaging your door and grill.

Boss ...r u installing grills and is there any set up policies...can u pic the type of grills set by EW policies?
As per forummer for the main door must install grills inside the house but to my knowledge the main door usually open inside and hence the grill door also needs to open inside. if this is the case open grills first then open main door but this will be open to intruders attack as both doors cannot be open together as u will not know who is knocking on your door.
Then the forummer said will not install grills on main door, but in my opinion the grills are the most important PRIMARY security. I was told main door is fire proof door but it can still be pry open as the other side of the wall is usually metal hollow casings or just wood frames only which is a security hazard and easily can be pried open. An owner had a solid timber door changed but it was easily pried open cos of the metal frame on the wall was hollow metal only. In other words, good reinforced door will fail cos of the wall frame must also be reinforced wall frame. My humble opinion only...no need to tembak...others will say its strata wth security guard and alarm system....but all this is just facial security and can be overcome by them easily....

Have you check above ur ceilings ie the part below the roof tiles...if the bricks cemented fully plastered or the bricks are not fully plastered as usually burglar will go to the least security hse and then curi masuk to other luxury units climbing tru inside the roof ie breaking the inter walls below the roof as its not fully plastered walls...u can personally PM me as not nice to tell the world about the security problems....
