Just sign an offer letter for Pr1Ma (Apartment) menggatal house (Sabah). Im most concern about the living condition(the people), im assuming since the house is not cheap if compared to any PPRT housing, the surrounding is ok or atleast fair since the people who can afford that have more wise mentality.
Therefore, im looking for review or experience from the people who actually live in any Pr1ma housing, is it good or bad? Experience from those who live in Pr1ma Sabah is highly welcome. |

im doing reno for alot of client in PR1MA, truthfully if to compare, the house is not bad, but most of the client there got some attitude. anything also can complain and they will complain. so its not surprised theres alot of bad reviews. sometimes even something so minor

Tbh, I live in PR1MA alam damai (kl). Mindset of the resident here is considerable acceptably. Menggatal also a good place if working area is inanam.Therefore, im looking for review or experience from the people who actually live in any Pr1ma housing, is it good or bad?
