Just sign an offer letter for Pr1Ma (Apartment) menggatal house (Sabah). Im most concern about the living condition(the people), im assuming since the house is not cheap if compared to any PPRT housing, the surrounding is ok or atleast fair since the people who can afford that have more wise mentality.

Therefore, im looking for review or experience from the people who actually live in any Pr1ma housing, is it good or bad?

Experience from those who live in Pr1ma Sabah is highly welcome.

There are pr1ma houses in sabah that have been completed?
Btw how much was it, 300k?

Yeap Kota Marudu(finished but looks empty), Kinarut(in progress), Tawau(in progress) , Sandakan (in progress) the one in Menggatal is the latest and they just started, last week i check the location nothing had been build yet other than the foundation, they claimed that apartment will be ready by 2021,

Mine is 1000sf originally at 288K but got rebate so i got it for like 248K.

Bought the house because it is close to UiTM, School, Nearby Tourist spot, Hotels (all this withing 1km away), also the location is in between the city (Kota Kinabalu) and the outskirt (Kundasang, Ranau, Kudat etc...) so i find it strategic.

pakai orang dalam, bayar sikit, terus dapat unit

Which 'orang dalam' are you referring too? if the 'orang dalam' is in Pr1ma yes, but banks im not sure if you can simply have 'orang dalam' because banks are strict to give out loans nowadays even if you are working as government let alone if you do your own business.

Even if you ada 'orang dalam' di Pr1ma that can guarantee a unit for you, if the banks reject your loan then you wont get the units also. These are the misconception i had throughout reading past replies in this thread, those people assume that to get Pr1ma houses they need 'Orang Dalam', but the reality is the decision lies from within the banks to approve your loan or not which depends on your capabilities to get loan or not.
