How is the condo you stay? Mostly occupied by locals or foreigners?

Kawan kawan, I’m wokring in Sepang and planning to buy a condo in cbj. Went LPR they offered fully furnished 1300sqf 3r2b. Fuh really like the interior design sia but monthly commitment included maintenance will reach 2.8k. Planning own stay the master bedroom and rent out 2 rooms as it would be too heavy for us the instalment. Each room rent at rm800 got market not? Haiz if not habis sia hard to cover.
Zz but my mom rejection gao2 complaint its too expensive 1323sqf 620k fully furnished izit a gd deal? Planning to flip after two yrs maybe

On one hand the CJ residents wants a Chinese school but when the school is opened, the student count is low.

How conflicting are the two facts?

The school construction started years ago so it should not be a surprised.

Ask you guys who stay in cyberjaya. Don’t you think it’s  really hot here? Every time I shower, I come out sweating and sticky again.

The heat is really getting to me. I’ve stayed at Gombak, Bandar Utama before and I can’t say I remember it being as hot as cyberjaya.

Also, it’s so hot that I don’t even have mood to go out to the park or bicycle around here.

It’s hot here everyday. Not one or two days. You can see the parks here mostly empty as opposed to other areas in KL where you see a lot of activities.

As an ex-MMU student, I find life in Cyberjaya quite laid back. But since opportunity to work can be found in Puchong, Seri Kembangan, or even Serdang area, (which are near to Cyberjaya by LDP road and back road etc) I will buy a house there if I wanted a HOUSE TO STAY. But investing-wise, I am 50-50.. since you have to be very very competitive doing AirBnB or rentals. But if I manage to build up my finances and my spending power is bigger, I would hold a property in Cyberjaya and reap the rewards in 10- years time.

Hard to find parking in domain, which part you staying? Can hear frog sounds? Must be in new development loh

I wonder who goes to Subang parade nowadays when you can reach Mid Valley, KLCC or Pavilion in 25-30 minutes from Cyber? If MV and Pavilion are not city ‘centre’ enough, I don’t know what is.
