Drive along MEX highway with only 20mins drive. Avoid weekends when there are huge crowd  just going there without any purpose of buying. If u go during working days, u can stop by for nice food b4 shopping.

Ikea has contemporary,  Manhattan n many more  styles.

if u want custom made sofas at very reasonable price, go to the furniture  shopx near Tesco Puchong.

k. it's different compared to other places because cyberjaya is mainly a business/working district, not a residential one. I cannot find any other reason why anyone would stay there other than work. It's also very far from the city. just giving my opinion only

For own stay in CJ, it is better to buy landed property. We have the advantage of space n land
