During off peak? Have you stayed in OKR before? Its off peak is only Sunday early morning or after midnight.

The point is Cyberjaya is not that far and it’s a very livable township as everything is reachable just like a lot of other areas in Klang Valley

I use okr a few times in a week, from mid valley to oug take about 10 minutes before 5pm weekdays.

Where in kv is not liveable? Near or far is measured by distance.

Nothing is important than time.. how many times do i need to teach you about it?

If travel time is critical, should live near your place of work rather than 30km away.

So work place in klcc an average joe can afford the million dollar property opposite it? U better start thinking for yourself.

For me yeah in working in cyber, I'm just staying so close nearby but that's because the property here is below a million.

Before 5 pm is non-peak hours and I doubt you can reach oug within 10 mins as okr has lots of traffic lights. The fastest you can reach oug from midvalley is probably 20 mins. I live in okr for nearly 20 years. If you take non-peak hours as measurement, then I can also say I can reach Bangsar within 30 mins too.

Coincidentally, used okr this morning; from midvalley to Taman oug took less than 10 minutes.

Many Smart Singaporeans ( or Malaysians ) now stay in Johor n earn High Singapore $ by working remotely .

My family member works for a US co ( WFH ) , but stays in Malaysia, and surely not within 30 km/miles of USA .

BTW, people are moving away from the real " Silicon Valley " in USA, unless they earn a couple of millions in US$ a year there .

Big co also moving out as well.

But Cyberjaya is here to stay.
