judging by the amount of cars parked in these two cyberjaya stations, i doubt a lot of people took the bus to the stations.

the parking area ia obviously lacking on both stations. whoever plans to park n ride after 9am will find trouble finding a place to park

You really think B40 can afford toll of around 200+ a month.

Don't forget the petrol cost will be around 200+ too if you just drive a Myvi.

Total every month transportation fees is 500+.

Even with lower rental in Cyberjaya, it is not viable for most B40's lah.

Most condos in Cyberjaya still can command rental of more than 1K a month.

You think B40's can afford transportation fees of 500+ and rental of more than 1K a month?

You see the cars in Cyberjaya. Mostly are not even Myvi, Saga or Axia too.

Mostly are middle income people and not really B40's.

I believe there are some B40's but majority are still middle-class people in Cyberjaya.

You really believe B40's can afford to pay transportation and rental of 1.5K a month?

Most B40's earn around 3K to 4K. 1.5K is already near to half of their income.

You look at the cars at SK & SMK Cyberjaya and SRJKC Union before and after schools.

The parents sending their kids there are mostly above B40's.

how about those who are staying in dengkil and commute daily to pj and kl via mex? they still paying the same amount of toll/petrol right? not that u can get a double storey terrace house for rent at rm400 around that area. more or less rental is just like in cyber too.

using that car logic I can also say SMK USJ12 and Sekolah Wawasan USJ mostly are elite fellas sending their kids on Vellfire and Alphards. but reality is not like that

If combined 8k, they are not B40 anymore lah! They are M40 and considered as middle class.

B40 mean total household income below 4850. Household income mean both husband + wife income add up also not above 4850.

B40s are those who usually stay at PPR flats.

cheap rental rm1300 vs in PPRT Kerinchi already RM1200

I think they should stay in cyber en masse. cyber kinda quite a bit these days compared to before pkp.

Nobody say they cannot stay here but it’s not feasible because the cost of traveling is too high.

For me, Cyber is actually better before PKP. Not so dead anymore but still relatively quiet. The best thing is blacks and arabs population reduced.

I B40 stay cyber. No problem. Traveling alone cost 1500.

Cos I bought 2 unit at cyber.

But on serious note, I think very strategic for those working at puchong/Bangi who don't like busy city. Not for everyone, but I enjoy the peace. Getting busier tho, I really disagree with all the Mct project next to eco glades. Buat jem. Gonna be a fail project like Mutiara haha

Yup, I moved from Old Klang Road and a lot of people say I crazy to move so far but if you stay at Old Klang Road before, the peace and quiet of Cyberjaya is really something I treasure a lot.

and SEG are opening their commercial centre too which is going to compete a lot with MCT new projects there. I think they are roughly across the street from each other where MCT is from the McDonalds side and SEG from the Cyberjaya lake side

cyber is noisy now.

it has become into a malay kampung.

crime news almost every month.

traffic lights every 500 meters.

parking is expensive and non existent, but cyclists and scooters are told to get off the road instead.

For my exp, 1st week mrt open If the bus from mrt station sometime bus don't run, 2nd week the station every 30min will hv bus. Regarding the bus stop outside of mrt station I also hardly see buss pass by. When I take bus bac to mutiara Ville I do see ppl waiting in bus stop
