One Sunday I drive from Padi, to meet friend @ KLCC area. I told it took 25+ minutes, friend asked whether I drive 200 km/h. I muted. LOL

The public perception is that Cyber is in Sepang, or adjacent to it. In fact, many Malaysians are oblivious of how much travelling time MEX highway has shortened. Generally, the older generation is having difficulty in accepting places like Cyber and other southern part. They equate hustle and bustle as sign of prosperity. Maybe they have strong sentimental attachment to places like PJ, Subang, Cheras etc and are reluctant to move to new place and environment. But I dread living in those congested areas. I want serenity and bigger space. Those are the reasons I choose Cyber. And of course the most important factor of all is your choice of location must be convenient for you to go to work.

Eventually they'll still choose to live in those congested area coz of the good food, minutes away from mall, family nearby, school nearby, in-laws nearby etc etc.

Domain 5 has a lot of foreign students... mostly Arabic descent and some Khazakhs

Instead of MOE, the trust school's joint-administrators (i.e. the school principal and representatives of Khazanah's Yayasan Amir Foundation) will decide on:

1. Curriculum (how the syllabus is taught)
2. Staffing (recruitment of teachers)
3. Procurement (purchasing/vendor/tender decisions)
4. Pupil policies (rules/regulations pertaining to students)
5. Utilization of school funds
6. Timetable & school calendar

About 6 months ago, I was thinking it must be a good time to buy landed property in cyberjaya, the economy is so bad for last few years, and sure a lot of good deals fire sales out there. I went online and search those deals like you did, I found attractive pricing, I contacted few cyberjaya agents, I told them I have money, show me your best deals, you know what? There is no real fire sales / below market deals. Those agents don't want my money? Nobody goes bankrupt and want to release their units? I am not asking you to trust what I said, I am telling you my real experience, and I am asking you to verify if what I said is true. You just need to call whoever posted those deals, if exist, go to view, then you would know if there is really such a good deal out there.

I am not sure situation for the apartment/condo market in cyberjaya because that is not my target.
