Hey got another question for you who stay long-term in CBJ - how's the 4G data signal in general?

Especially interested if you're a Maxis user because that's what I am currently using.

I m not a big fan of MNC bz in cyberjaya however if all these come through it is additional bonus to the township else I am happy with the peaceful serene resort feel environment.

Tamarind sq looks great. Looks like it has residency? I thought its only commercial

as it is, the Tram is not really needed in my opinion, the traffic is low. better use the money for other infra. I thnk better put more coered walkways.. i prefer walking to places, even if it is far, but the weather in Malaysia is crazy hot   

just realised there will be a MRT station in Cyberjaya City Centre. How far is this from Dpulze/Centrus Mall?

guys, any PUBLIC library in Cyberjaya? Or at least a library wehre the public can enter with/without a fee... I googled and found a number of University libraries (MMU, LKW, etc) not sure if they would be open to the public...

Around 300k the arc ,cyberia or cresent subsales are pretty much your only options.

Don't expect condos with good management for anything below 400k in cbj.

Basically there are 2 group of CBJ lovers, one is residents bought for it's tranquility and second is flippers hoping for prosperity, and both objectives are contradictory.

CBJ has failed in the last 20 years to attract sufficient businesses and residents, and may need another 20 years.
