Is anyone else having a problem to receive OTP for online purchase with YOLO card? I have tried to make a few transactions from different merchants (TM Portal, Maxis) and the OTP never comes.
UOB Customer service is no help, they just keep telling me that my card is fine, phone number already registered, ask to restart phone, restart PC, etc..
